Managing Partner / General Superintendent
Steve has more than 40-years experience in residential, commercial and industrial projects specializing in pre-cast and cast-in-place concrete. He received his general contractor license in 1989, however, he stayed and worked with Fortune-Ratliff for 35 years until he retired. We are privileged to have Steve come out of retirement and become a part of our MAKK team.
